What is your delivery process for pallets
Pallets are covered by the majority of the points made in the section titled “The Delivery Process – Our Vehicle,” along with the following:
The vehicle will have a tail lift, one driver, and a pallet truck; it may weigh up to 28 tonnes. Normally, he will try to get the pallet as close to the machine’s location as possible, but in certain situations, if there isn’t a driveway, etc., it might be left on the curbside. Cutting the pallet straps with scissors is necessary to remove the machine from the pallet. If you’re fast, you might be able to return the pallet to the driver, but if not, you might have to dispose of it yourself.
Pallets are typically unable to provide advance notice on the day, so you should make plans to be there all day. Pallets can arrive at any time between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Since the pallet network moves goods swiftly, it’s not a custom delivery service; rather, it’s a way to get your order as close to your door as possible.
Please inform us if we recommend sending you a pallet and this is not appropriate. Once more, unsuccessful deliveries might still incur fees.

What is your delivery process?
We will record your delivery postcode (please let us know if this differs from the one on your order) and then schedule your delivery. You won’t receive a delivery date immediately, but we will contact you once a day and approximate time slot have been confirmed. If the date, time, or access arrangements are unsuitable, you must inform us straight away.
Deliveries are usually carried out using small vans or a Luton van and take between 2–7 working days from the point of order. You must be available to receive the delivery and assist the driver unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Our driver will unload the machine and may be able to help move it into the chosen location (garage, games room, or property) and set it up if required.
To avoid delays or failed deliveries, it is essential that you inform us of any access restrictions, such as:

Narrow doors or gates
Parking restrictions
Please check the machine dimensions carefully and ensure it will fit before placing your order. We reserve the right to retain the delivery charge if a delivery fails due to undisclosed access issues or if the item proves too large to deliver.
Finally, please note that we cannot accept liability for any injury or damage if our team is asked to enter a private residence.
What happens if my boxing machine has a fault?
Initially, we might try to send parts and offer assistance via a video call to fit these. We would then try to fix any issues over the phone with technical advice, which you receive for free for the duration that you own the machine.
As an alternative, we might schedule an engineer’s visit for more local clients. For complete peace of mind, our machines are covered by a 12-month back-to-base warranty.
