Goods supplied within the UK are typically delivered within 7-10 days from the acceptance of an order. Certain options may extend the lead time, in which case the Seller will notify the Buyer at the time of purchase. Full shipping details will be provided and/or explained once the order is confirmed.
The Seller will make reasonable efforts to meet the agreed delivery date. While delivery dates are given in good faith and followed as closely as possible, they may be subject to production schedules and, on rare occasions, could be delayed by several weeks. The Seller will keep the Buyer informed of any progress and updates. However, the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party due to delays in meeting estimated delivery dates.
Delivery will be made to the Buyer’s specified address, and the Buyer is responsible for ensuring arrangements are in place to receive the Goods upon delivery. Risk in the Goods transfers to the Buyer upon delivery or, in cases where the Buyer fails to take delivery at the agreed time, at the time delivery was attempted. Ownership of the Goods remains with the Seller until full payment has been received.
